Can we get pharmaceutical counselling in digital space?

A young female entrepreneur working as a pharmacist requested an MVP UI design. According to the entrepreneur, more than 70% of people want to ask a pharmacist when they have questions about their health. However, in Korea, there are many customers who only purchase drugs at pharmacies, so the barriers are higher when consulting patients in pharmacies than in other countries. So, we help many people solve their questions right away and take care of their health easily by providing a space for active consultation with pharmacists.
